ESSER Fund Stakeholder Survey
ESSER Funds have been provided to school districts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  This survey relates to ESSER III (ARP ESSER), specifically the ESSER 7% Set Aside (mandatory).  The ESSER 7% Set Aside is $176,191 and to be divided as follows across three areas:
1. Learning Loss ($125,851) - minimums to be spent for the following: $37,755.00 Student Social, Emotional, Mental Health Support, $12,585.10 Professional Development for Staff on Social, Emotional, Mental Health Support, $10,088 Reading Support and Improvement.
2.  Summer Enrichment ($25,170.00)
3. Afterschool Programs ($25,170)

The answers to the survey will help guide our expenditures as well as provide information to stakeholders regarding the district plan to address this funding.

The first area of the 7% ESSER Set Aside for Learning Loss is Student Social, Emotional, Mental Health Support.  The East Lycoming School District plans on utilizing these funds to continue and increase the support of Diacon services.  Diacon provides in-school counseling to students in need.  If there is additional funding in this area, the district plans to offer an evening session to the public.  What kind of program(s) would you attend if provided? *
